Expanding the Partnership

Overview.

Endeavour (part of EBOS) first appointed Storelink in 2021 as relief support for their existing in-house merchandising team in Pak ‘n’ Save Stores. As a result of that work, in October 2023, they approached us again to tender for all their merchandising business, including Pak ‘n’ Save, New World and Woolworths, and deliver a more cost-effective merchandising model.

Approach.

Storelink was given all current call and merchandising spend as well as a budget target. We developed a recommended call cycle to align with the budget that would deliver maximum efficiency. Additional factors were built in including displays, relays etc. The result is a c.45% saving on Endeavour’s original in-house merchandising spend with an increase in effectiveness, visibility and efficiency.

Results.

  • Endeavour Territory Sales Managers focus more on selling and growing distribution in store rather than merchandising challenges. Storelink's dedicated Field Management Team resolves instore challenges as they arise.

  • Other EBOS divisions now looking to make a similar shift from an in-house resource to Storelink’s merchandising team.

Conclusion:

The success of EBOS Group and Storelink’s partnership demonstrates the effectiveness of a collaborative model through strong commercial account management and merchandising.
