Overview.

Since appointing us in September 2023, Dr Oetker and Storelink have established a true collaborative partnership characterised by strong Dr Oetker leadership, solid retailer programmes and exceptional in-field sales and merchandising activity execution.


Approach.

A key part of the strategy was leveraging the Storelink Cycle Brief process to develop and communicate market activity culminating in a targeted ‘Ready-Aim-Fire-Reload’ distribution approach. Support from our national merchandising in-store visibility efforts ensured stock availability. The combination of strategy, targeted distribution and effective merchandising has played a crucial role in driving performance for the brand and retailer.

Results.

  • 20% year on year growth

  • Each Xmas trading period bigger than the last  

  • 433 new distribution points

  • Fastest-growing brand in the category (by unit sales) at a major national retailer

  • Gained permanent shelf space and multiple secondary placements
